That Horror Evening

Hi, assalamu alaikum.

I have a horror yet funny story to tell. I wrote it on my other blog several years ago. It was a true story.

Here it is.

I was on my way home from my working place by motorcycle. Darkness started to fall. The sun had just already set.

All of a sudden another reckless motorbike came from behind as if the rider was in a hurry. It turned out to be a couple of young men on the bike.

I grumbled what if something happened. Everyone has to ride carefully in the evening.

A few seconds later I heard something. It was that reckless motorbike. It crashed on another bike. I heard a woman screamed, "Aaaaa...."

What had happened to her?

I stopped and saw some people there tried to help. A woman and a young boy were the victims. That reckless motorcycle had gone away. It was a hit and run accident.

I decided to see what happened with that woman as I saw her laid down on the road side. I thought she maybe needed some help from other woman.

When she saw me approaching she asked me to help with her bleeding leg.

"Please hold my leg this way."

I held her leg so it stayed in a higher position to avoid the blood came out more. I saw some part of my jacket turned red with blood.

Suddenly the woman asked for another help.

"Can you please look for my toe. I think it's broken and fell in to that bushes."

Whatttt???

Can you imagine the situation??? She asked me to find her broken toe!!??
In a strange place?? What if I found that toe?? Would I return it to her??

I caught in fear but I couldn't refuse her.

Do you think I looked for the toe?

Nooo....

I saw a man standing not far from us. I called him to get closer.

"Sir, could you help this woman please? She thought her toe had broken and fell in to the bushes. Could you look for it please?"

The man looked shocked. He didn't answer but he then looked at the woman's toes.

Then he told me in fear, almost whispering, "It's not broken and fell. It's still there but it's folded like this." He showed me with his finger.

I was so relieved. I didn't have to do a creepy search.

I think her toe was badly injured so that she couldn't feel it.

After that, helps came and she was brought into a hospital. I went home with horror feeling and blood in my jacket.

The moral of this story?

We have to be carefull riding during dusk. And wear shoes if possible so that your toes are safe.
